6(t - 2) = 2(9 - 2t)

Distribute the 6

6t - 12 = 2(9 - 2t)

Distribute the 2

6t - 12 = 18 - 4t

Add 4t to both sides

10t - 12 = 18

Add 12 to both sides

10t = 30

Divide both sides by 10

t = 3

The answer is 3
