A karyotype shows a persons chromosomes, and if the person has any genetic abnormalties. It shows the complete number and appearances of the chromosomes in the nucleus of the eukaryotic cells. A karyotype shows A. the genetic abnormalities because it shows if a chromosome lacks one sister chromatid. Hope this helps!!
