the relative pronouns ( whose, which, whom ,that , etc) come after the noun that they describe.
for example :
1- this is the man ''whom'' I was talking with
2- that's the game ''that'' my friends are playing
3- I have a wealthy neighbour ''whose'' car is really expensive
