To find the probability of picking a vowel, you would find the probability of getting a vowel the first time (5/26). The next time you pick it would be 4/25. Multiply these together to get 2/65 as your probability of getting a vowel. For your probability of getting a consonant, it would be 21/26 and 20/25. Multiply this together to get 42/65 as your probability.
