Let us start it off simple with a basic question. What is a Dozen? The answer is 12. That means in order to find the correct answer we must multiply 3000 by 12. This is due to the fact that the question is asking us "3000 dozen eggs."

3000*12= 36,000
That means that a total of 36,000 eggs were sold last week.

Hope This Helps! :)
