The answer is 13. The range is the highest value in a set of data minus the lowest value. 15-2=13.

To find the range:
1.) Order the numbers
2,3,6,6,7,8,8,8,15
then find the largest number in the set
15
then the lowest number 
2
finally, subtract the lowest from the highest 
15-2= 13
so that leaves 13 as the range
