The answer is 11629.

First off, 10^3 is 1000. A trick for that is ten to any power the power is the amount of zeros. 4.129 ^ 1000 is 4129 because you move 3 decimal points to the right. Then 7.5 * 1000 is 7500. 7500 + 4129 = 11629.
