What is the equation of the line that passes through (4, -1) and (-2, 3)?

slope is 3-(-1)/-2 -4= 4/-6 =-2/3
so in the point slope the equation is 
y-4 = -2/3(x-(-1))
y-4 =-2/3 (x +1)
