rewrite the radical 240 in simplest form please

We remove all the squares from under the radical.

[tex] \sqrt{240} [/tex]

[tex] \sqrt{16*15} [/tex]

[tex] 4 \sqrt{15} [/tex]

15 has no square factors, so the radical is now completely simplified.
