The probability of drawing an ace is:

The probability that both are aces is:

[tex]P(both\text{ aces\rparen=}\frac{4}{52}\cdot\frac{3}{51}=\frac{4\cdot3}{52\cdot51}=\frac{12}{2652}=\frac{1}{221}[/tex]
