theorectical probability is what we expect to happen where experimental probability is what actually happens

Theoretical probability is what you expect SHOULD happen. If you flip a coin 10 times you expect to get 5 heads and 5 tails. Experimental probability are the results that you actually get as the results of an experiment. You may get 4 heads and 6 tails.
