⇒This is Quadratic expression which has two roots.

To solve this, Suppose, x+3=u

The above expression reduces to

⇒u²+u-2=0

⇒u²+2 u-u-2=0

⇒u×(u+2)-1×(u+2)=0

⇒(u-1)(u+2)=0

⇒u-1=0 ∧ u+2=0

⇒u=1 ∧ u=-2

⇒x+3= 1 ∧ x+3 = -2

⇒x=1-3 ∧ x= -2-3

⇒x= -2 ∧ x=-5
