The formula you will want to use is y(2) - y(1) over x(2) over x(1).

Basically, the Y variables (4 and 1) will be subtracted from each other. Aka, 1-4, which is -3. You put that over 5-(-5) or (5+5) which is 10. Now you have -3/10.
