Would the placement of the parentheses affect the value of an expression when only multiplication is used? Explain.

I believe the the answer would be no. The placement of the parentheses would not affect the value of an expression when only multiplication is used. This is only if multiplication is the  only operation involved. You will have  the same product no matter where the parentheses is placed. Hope this answers the question.
