Without knowing which cyclin dependent kinase (CDK) you're asking about, it is impossible to answer your question.

CDK1, CDK2...? We are up to 18 CDKs, we do not have a clear idea what pathways all of them work in, and without more info it's impossible to provide you with an answer.
