you just need to do 7.5 • 9 = 67.5 feet.

OR

7 • 9 = 63 and 1/2 (or .5) • 9 = 4.5

63 + 4.5 = 67.5

*I'm pretty sure it says 1 inch = 9 feet and I'm also basing this off the fact that your work for question 2 is showing the same ratio of 1 inch = 9 feet
