you always do multiplication first so you take 2*6 which equals 12 so

12-6+9

and then you just do the rest from left to right

6+9 = 15

The answer would be 15.

Here are the steps I did.

1. Simplify 2 * 6 to 12 ( 12 - 6 + 9)
