let (2,1) be (x1,y1)

equation of straight line in one intercept form

y-y1=m (x-x1)

y-1=-1/2 (x-2)

2 (y-1)=x-2

2y-2=x-2

x-2y-2+2=0

x-2y=0 is the required eqn
