There’s an easy rule for this form !
if you ever see this form : ax+by=c
and it asks about the slope, then you can use this rule : slope= -a/b

and if it asks about the y-intercept, you can use this rule : y-intercept= c/b

so to get the slope of your question, all you have to do is : slope = -2/3

I hope this helped !
