Plants and fungi are similar because:
- They are eukaryotes.
- They have cell walls.
- They are multicellular.
- They are relatively immobile.

Plants and fungi are different because:
- Plants produce their own food in the photosynthesis, while fungi do not.
- Plants are, thus, producers, while fungi are decomposers.
- Cell walls of plants are made of cellulose and cell walls of fungi are made of chitin.
