Terminal side of -210 is on quandrant 2. Negative angle goes clockwise. So the sin(-210) equal to 1/2. So for each choice, it should be in quandrant 2 and sin should be 1/2. What we do is find the point and draw a right trangle bases on the point and orgin, final solution should be choice 4.
