As you prepare to leave 6th grade, make sure to recall how you felt coming into middle school, compare middle and elementary school, state the differences you enjoyed, talk about important events (School spirit days), and make sure to end the speech by thanking all of your teachers.
These are the basic elements of any successful moving up day speech, and with them and a bit of creativity, you can easily shine!
