Answer is    -4

Explanation:

Everywhere you see an x, replace it with (-2) as shown below. Use PEMDAS to simplify.

f(x) = -2x^2 - 2x

f(-2) = -2(-2)^2 - 2(-2)

f(-2) = -2(4) - 2(-2)

f(-2) = -8 + 4
