[tex](-3x^3y^2)(5xy^{-1})=(-3\cdot5)(x^3y^2\cdot xy^{-1})=-15x^{3+1}y^{2+(-1)}=-15x^4y[/tex]

(-3x^3 y^2)(5xy-1)
Taking variables and coeffecients to one side:
{(-3)(5)} {(x^3 * x)} {(y^2 * y^-1}
{-15} { x^3+1} { y^2-1}
{-15} {x^4} {y^1}
-15x^4y
So according to above explanation.
c.) -15x^4y^ , is the correct answer.
