To solve the problem, use the equation

M1(V1) = M2(V2)

Where M1, M2 are the concentrations

V1, V2 are the volumes

Given V1 = 30.0 mL, M1 = 12.0 M

M2 = 0.16 M

Substituting to the equation,

(30)(12) = (V2)(0.16)

V2 = 2250 mL
