If the vertex angle is 46 degrees then , as the other 2 angles are congruent, they are  (180 - 46) / 2 =   67 degrees.

If the  2 equal angles are both 46 then the other angles is 180 - 2(46) = 88 degrees.

The other  triangle has angles (46, 46 and 88).
