A farmer has 4 horses and 16 cows. He put 1/4 of the horses in the barn and 1/4 of the cows in the bard. Did he put more horses or cows in the barn? Explain.

Cows because 1/4 of 4 horses is 1 and 1/4 of 16 cows is 4
