Well, as you may know, beauty is the conception of one's ideas about something or idea that give someone a certain emotion about said thing. Really, I would say that beauty is perceived by something if it fits our style or way of thinking/believing/doing/ect. The more something fits to your style, the more you see it as beautiful.
