Adam paid $76.25 for renting a bicycle for 5 hours. What was the rate per hour for renting the bicycle?

So first, you would divide the amount of renting the bike, by the amount of hrs he would get for renting the bike which it would look like this:

$76.25 divided by 5.

You should get $15.25/hr.
