I'm honestly not sure what sum of the units fractions mean but I'll try to help.
4/6 is the same as 2/3 since 4/6 have a common factor of 2 that can be taken out. I would assume to get this sum, you could break apart 2/3 into 1/3 + 1/3. Technically, this is a sum of fractions... Good luck!
