So the two properties of a trapezoid are:


1. Bases are parallel

2. Same side angles are supplementary, or add up to 180°


Using this info, we can form the equation [tex] 136+D=180 [/tex].


All you have to do is subtract 136 on each side, and your answer will be [tex] D=44 [/tex]
