5x/2/11 = 3/1/5 please solve and write as a fraction in lowest terms

Cross-Multiply

(5x/2)*(5)=(3/1)*(11)

12.5x=33

Divide both sides by 12.5

12.5x/12.5=33/12.5

x=2.64
