Rationalize the denominator, divide by 4, add 2.
[tex]\dfrac{1}{\sqrt{8}}=4(m-2)\\\\ \sqrt{\dfrac{2}{16}}=4(m-2)\\\\ \dfrac{\sqrt{2}}{4\cdot 4}=m-2\\\\ m=2+\dfrac{\sqrt{2}}{16}[/tex]
