According to howard Gardner, being street smart is much more important compared to being book smart. Being street smart give you the ability to make connections with other people, and make you able to adapt to various situations in real life setting
Of course being book smart could also add an important value, but being street smart would be more favorable for people who seek higher management/leadership position.
