Solve the system of equations -4x + 3y = -2 y = x - 1

You can use the substitution method.
Plug in x-1 to the first equation and solve.
-4x+3(x-1)=-2
-4x+3x-3=-2
-x=1
X=-1
You then plug x into one of the original equations and solve
Y=-1-1
Y=-2
