Please help need a second opinion 2/5 X 5/7 X 1/2= 1/7
is this the wrong answer?

Multiply the numerators and the denominators to get:

(2*5*1)/(5*7*2)

10/70

This is equal to 1/7*10/10, or 1/7*1, or 1/7.  Therefore, 1/7 is the correct answer.

when multiplying, multiply numberators with numberators and denomenoators with denemators so
2/5 tiems 5/7 times 1/2=(2 times 5 times 1)/(5 times 7 times 2)=(10)/(70=10/70 = 1/7
this is the correct answer
